ONE of the best gifts God has bestowed upon us is the company of friends – strangers who become close and then become an integral part of our lives. Besides the endearment of our families and relatives, they add colour to our lives.
During the good old days, we made friends with ease, thanks largely to our participation in co-curricular and outdoor activities which we did voluntarily and wholeheartedly. We enjoyed being in the company of friends all the time. There were simply too many things to do.
