MOSCOW (Reuters) - North Korean Deputy Economy Minister Hwang Kun-il travelled to Russia on Friday with a delegation to hold talks on labour migrants, the Russian embassy in Pyongyang said.
The embassy said on Facebook the talks would be held in Moscow and Vladivostok.
