KIEV (Reuters) - U.S Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland said on Wednesday she was encouraged by signs of commitment to reforms from a new government in Ukraine.
"I go home optimistic that reform is back on track in Ukraine," she said in a briefing at the end of her first official visit to Kiev since the political shakeup earlier in April, the biggest since an uprising in 2014 brought in a pro-Western leadership.
