WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama will provide an update to Americans on his decisions on how to proceed in Syria, but will not be giving an address to the nation about an imminent military strike in the country, a White House official said on Saturday.
Obama will deliver his statement at 1:15 p.m. EDT (17:15 GMT) in the White House Rose Garden.
