Apologise for ruining children’s day at carnival, blogger told

MINISTER of State for Trade and Industry Teo Ser Luck has called on blogger Roy Ngerng to apologise to the special needs children whose performance at a weekend charity carnival at Hong Lim Park was disrupted by protests led by Ngerng.

Ngerng and another blogger, Han Hui Hui, had organised a protest on Central Provident Fund issues at the park on Saturday, coinciding with YMCA’s Proms @ the Park carnival at the same venue.
