ANTI-Thaksin rally leader Suthep Thaugsuban has proclaimed a cautious victory in what he called the long fight against the Thaksin regime and the government of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.
Suthep made it clear to the cheering crowds that the fight would continue to uproot both the regime and the government.
