PUTRAJAYA: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will fully implement the online bidding system in the Federal Territories after successfully collecting RM1.31mil for the "VDN" licence plate series.
Its director-general Datuk Seri Shaharuddin Khalid said the use of the e-bidding system had proven to be effective in promoting transparency.
