KOTA KINABALU: France-based photographer and filmmaker Jorge Camilo Valenzuela says local moviemakers should produce films on natural heritage and aim for international recognition.
Valenzuela is hoping to get local talents to participate in the first edition of the Festival International du Film et de la Photographie Animaliers et de Nature (FIFPAN) in Mimizan in France from May 29 to June 2 this year.
