PETALING JAYA: The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih 2.0) has urged the Election Commission (EC) to lodge a police report on M. Manogaran's act of wearing a shirt with the Pakatan Harapan logo at a polling station.
“This act of wearing a party logo, or have any party ornaments within 50 metres of a polling station is an election offence under Section 26(1)(g) and carries a jail term up to one year or a fine of up to RM5,000 or both,” the electoral watchdog said in a statement on Saturday (Jan 26).
