Guan Eng: govt can't defer PTPTN loan repayments as Jho Low has taken RM50bil

He acknowledged criticism against the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government – which made the promise in its GE14 manifesto – after the announcement on the matter was made during the tabling of Budget 2019 last Friday, but said that they had no other choice.
