JOHOR BARU: A former executive director of a company has been charged at the Sessions Court here with seven counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving more than RM8mil.
The accused See Chou Shon, 59, pleaded not guilty to all charges before Judge Aizatul Akmal Maharani here on Thursday (Oct 25).
