Remand extended for British woman accused of murdering husband in Malaysia


LANGKAWI: The 51-year old British woman who is suspected of having stabbed her husband to death at their home in Langkawi last Thursday (Oct 18) has had her remand order extended by another seven days by the magistrate’s court here.

“She was remanded for another week to help in our investigation,” Langkawi OCPD Superintendent Police Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim told The Star on Tuesday (Oct 23).
