‘Agents taking turns to be single bidder’

KUALA LUMPUR: A source has refuted a tendering agent’s claims that not many companies could afford the bank guarantee to participate in the tender process for medical supplies to the Health Ministry.

The whistleblower said that there were quite a number of participants bidding for jobs worth millions of ringgit, showing an example of tenders with 30 participants for a test kit.
