PUTRAJAYA: The controversial 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) is insolvent and will not be able to repay its debts, say two of its directors.
Datuk Norazman Ayob and Datuk Kamal Mohd Ali, in a meeting with the Finance Ministry, also revealed that its RM9.8bil investment units overseas were “scams”.
