KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here struck out an originating summons to compel Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to table a report to the Election Commission (EC) on the creation of 13 new state seats in Sabah.
The decision was made by Judge Azhahari Kamal Ramli in chambers, said lawyer Yong Yit Jee after proceedings on Monday (April 23).
