GEORGE TOWN: The Immigration Department has detained 23 women from China in the Klang Valley for allegedly prostituting themselves.
Immigration director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali (pic) said the arrests were made during an operation codenamed "Ops Gegar' on Wednesday (March 14) night.
