KUALA LUMPUR: Dewan Rakyat secretary Datuk Roosme Hamzah and Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia have successfully struck out a suit by Petaling Jaya Selatan MP Hee Loy Sian for allegedly rejecting 1MDB-related questions in Parliament.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Kamaludin Said made the order in chambers in the presence of all parties Monday.
