KUALA LUMPUR: Flight delays, refunds and mishandled baggage are the main grouses of air travellers, with these making up 62.6% of the total complaints filed with the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom).
The three categories also saw more complaints filed, increasing by 134%, 68.5% and 54.2% year-on-year respectively, according to the second Consumer Report released by Mavcom, which started operating from March 1 last year.
