Youth jailed five years after pleading guilty to weapons possession

TAIPING: The Sessions Court here sentenced a 21-year-old youth to five years in jail after he pleaded guilty to possessing offensive weapons.  

S. Aaron, from Bagan Serai, told Sessions Court judge Rohaida Ishak that he had planned to carry out armed robbery, but it was unsuccessful.
