Toddler crushed to death underneath van

KOTA KINABALU: A 12-month-old baby boy died after he was dragged under a van at the Telipok refugee settlement near here.

City police chief Asst Comm M. Chandra said Muhd Samindi Abdullah was dragged under the van for about four metres before the driver stopped after being alerted in the 6.55am incident on Thursday.
