PUTRAJAYA: A set of standard operating procedures (SOP) to better protect child victims of sexual offences will be introduced by November, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said (pic).
She said that although the special criminal court on sexual crimes against children was operational, there was no guideline on how to handle the cases.
