PETALING JAYA: The wife of missing Pastor Raymond Koh (pic) has expressed her disappointment in Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar on the eve of the 200th day of her husband's abduction.
Susanna Liew Sow Yoke, in an open letter on Wednesday, chastised the IGP over the handling of the investigation into Koh's disappearance.
