Sisters claim they were 'scalped' by hair treatment centre

KUALA LUMPUR: A 47-year-old auditor and her sister claimed that they spent about RM300,000 on hair treatment that failed to produce results.

Elizabeth Chow, 47, from Sungai Buloh, Selangor, said they are taking legal action against the hair care centre based in Petaling Jaya.
