GEORGE TOWN: Police will investigate a flyer linking the Penang Tourism agency, a popular beer and a renowned beachfront hotel here with a so-called “National Masturbation Month”.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Anuar Omar said the case would be probed under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
