KUALA LUMPUR: A man was fined RM2,000 for beating his wife and injuring her left arm.
M. Sathiaseelan, who works as a scrap collector, pleaded guilty to a charge of voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons under Section 324 of the Penal Code.
