Oh deer ... cargo box scan at Sandakan airport reveals wildlife meat

SANDAKAN: Airport authorities have foiled an attempt to smuggle out deer meat and horns by air cargo to Peninsular Malaysia.

They recovered two deer heads with horns and more than 11kg of suspected deer meat in a box that was scheduled to be loaded onto a flight at the Sandakan airport here at about 4.05pm Tuesday.
