KUALA LUMPUR: A 24-year-old man has been charged at a magistrate's court with the murder of a moneylender.
K. Ram Kumar was accused of murdering V. Kandasamy at Jalan Taman Ibu Kota, Setapak at about 3.35pm on July 27 last year.
