PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein's new cross-ministerial role will not affect the jobs of other ministers, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic).

"His (Hishamuddin) new job task does not mean he is taking over the jobs of other ministers. But rather, it is to enhance and complement the roles of the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister and other ministers," said Dr Ahmad Zahid on Wednesday at a joint press conference with Hishammuddin at his office here.
