Man robbed while washing car

A MAN was reportedly robbed while he was washing his car in front of his house in Taman Kok Lian in Kuala Lumpur, Sin Chew Daily reported.

The incident is said to have occurred at about 8am on Saturday.

According to a CCTV video clip uploaded on social media, the two robbers were on a motorcycle.

One of the robbers threatened the victim with a knife while the other searched his pockets for valuable items before they fled, it reported.

> The daily also reported that Hong Kong superstar Andy Lau has cancelled his year-end concerts in the Special Administrative Region.

His company said in a statement on Monday that Lau, who suffered multiple fractures in his pelvis and strained his tendon and muscle during a horse riding accident in Thailand on Jan 17, had made the decision upon the advice of the medical team.

On his Facebook page, the 55-year-old singer posted his latest photo and wrote that he was able to stand without any support for 10 minutes.

“I am in no hurry. The family is in no hurry. We are all in no hurry. The most important thing is my health,” Lau wrote.
