No minister is quitting, says Najib

PETALING JAYA: The ball is now in Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali’s court to reveal the identity of the person said to have resigned from a ministerial position, said the Prime Minister.

Last night, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak took to Twitter to state that no minister had informed him of a decision to quit the Cabinet.

“No Minister has informed me that he is quitting.

“I shall assume Azmin is telling a lie to create a stir unless he can reveal the name,” he said via the @najibrazak Twitter handle.

Earlier yesterday, Azmin had tweeted: “Is it true that a Senior Minister has resigned?”
