A Malay woman is not related to a Chinese man and his daughter in Butterworth but they are as close as any family, reported Sin Chew Daily.

Fatin Erlieyanie Hisham, 21, has been looking after Teh Tiang Meng and his mentally-challenged daughter Khar Hoon, 48, since being made aware of their plight about a year ago.
