GEORGE TOWN: Penang Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2017 will get off the ground as planned on Feb 4 and 5 at Polo Ground despite criticism that it is near the Penang Hospital.
AKA Balloon Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Izzati Khairudin (pic) said 120 personnel comprising police, Rela and minders would be present to control traffic to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.
