Craftwork weighing 500kg greets visitors to country club

SEREMBAN: A brightly-coloured 500kg “lion head” – crafted out of bamboo, paper mache and glass – sits regally at the entrance of the d’Tempat Country Club.

The head, touted to be among the biggest ever built in the country, took two months and nine craftsmen to complete. It costs RM250,000.
