Woman assaulted after supper

A WALK back to her flat after supper on New Year’s Eve turned into a nightmare for a 22-year-old woman in Ampang Jaya, Selangor, reported China Press.

Two men waylaid her at the flat’s staircase, gagged and stripped her before one of them forced her to perform oral sex on him.

They fled with her handbag containing cash and valuables when a couple passing nearby shouted at them during the 1am incident.

The woman, an administrative officer, had earlier gone for supper alone at a nearby coffeeshop.

Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Hamzah Alias said the woman suffered injuries to her face and chin when she put up a fight.

One of the robbers, aged 31, was arrested three hours later.

ACP Hamzah said they were looking for the 20-year-old accomplice.

He added that they also recovered cash, a mobile phone and a ring belonging to the woman.

Her manager confirmed the news but did not reveal the baby’s gender.

In a picture posted by fellow artiste Lee Sin-je on Weibo on Dec 31, Yeung, who was with her and Gigi Leung, had covered her stomach with a pillow.

Soon after the picture was posted, many reporters called up Yeung’s manager to ask about her pregnancy.
