KLUANG: The Community Rehabilitation Centre (PPP) programme has been recognised as the world’s best for its successful track record in rehabilitating prisoners in Malaysia.

Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa said that since its inception back in 2011, about 8,200 former prisoners have benefited from the PPP.
