Couple claim trial in illegal possession of firearm case

KUANTAN: A cigarette vendor and his girlfriend have claimed trial at the Sessions Court here to a charge of possession of a pistol and 45 bullets.

Chun Yeap Guan, 39, and his girlfriend Goh Kah Lee, 40, were jointly charged with possession of a Sig Sauer P239 pistol at 2.30am on Dec 1 at premises in Lorong Alor Akar 26 here.
