Court sets Jan 20 to hear corporal’s application in Aminulrasyid suit

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has fixed Jan 20 to hear an application by policeman Kpl Jenain Subi (pic) to file a memorandum of appeal against a High Court decision involving the fatal shooting of 15-year-old schoolboy Aminulrasyid Amzah six years ago.

Deputy Registrar Suriawati Syawal set the date after meeting with the lawyers of the three parties concerned in chambers Wednesday.
