Umno AGM: Burgeoning China-Malaysia ties offer tremendous opportunities for Malay youth


KUALA LUMPUR: Malay youth should consider learning Mandarin as it would be a valuable asset for the future considering Malaysia's plans to forge closer ties to China.

At the Umno general assembly here, Perak delegate Datuk Dr Wan Norashikin Wan Noordin (pic) said China was "the future for us" and that efforts should be made to bring both nations closer together.
