KUALA LUMPUR: Umno leaders are free to voice their opinions, but it is the Barisan Nasional mechanism that makes the decisions, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic).
Liow, who is also MCA president, was responding to a comment by Jasin MP Ahmad Hamzah during the Umno AGM on Friday, who suggested that the Transport Ministry portfolio be returned to Umno.
