PETALING JAYA: The family of crane accident victim Joice Chin Khoon Sing will not take up legal action against construction company BUCG Sdn Bhd.
Chin’s elder brother Khoon Ying, 26, said he and his family are satisfied and happy with the assistance and help given by BUCG after the tragedy and have decided to not hold the company responsible.
