Cop arrested for allegedly assaulting teacher

IPOH: A policeman from Lenggong was arrested Tuesady for allegedly injuring a teacher from SK Bukit Sapi, Lenggong on Aug 30.

State police chief Comm Datuk Seri Abdul Rahim Hanafi said investigations were conducted under Section 325 of the Penal Code and a remand application will be submitted Wednesday at the Pengkalan Hulu magistrate's court.
