Matta calls for abolishment of airport tax to increase passenger flow


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta) has called for the abolition of passenger service charge or airport tax to increase “passenger flow” to the country.

Matta president Datuk Hamzah Rahmat (pic) said that doing away with the airport tax would also encourage more Malaysians to travel overseas.
