KUALA LUMPUR: A man was shot to death near Setapak Central.
It is believed that up to 12 shots may have been fired at the victim who was in the front seat of a car.
Police are currently at the crime scene investigating the area.
It is also understood that traffic in surrounding areas has come to a standstill due to the incident.
