KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic flow was reported to be slow east-bound from the Gombak toll plaza as at noon Wednesday.

Otherwise, traffic flow either way on the East Coast Expressway 2 was smooth, said a spokesman of the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM).
