Ex-Selangor MB’s suit against news portal settled


KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim’s (pic) suit against The Malaysian Insider (TMI) editors and its owners for allegedly implying that he misused his position as Selangor Mentri Besar for personal gain has been settled.

The case was settled after TMI chief executive officer and editor K. A. Jahabar Sadiq K. A. Abdul Kader and its Malay news editor Amin Shah Iskandar read out an apology in court before High Court judge Justice Nor Bee Ariffin on Monday.
