GEORGE TOWN: Police probe on a father who allegedly stripped and chained his eight-year-old son to the stairway of his flat in Paya Terubong is nearing completion.
Penang deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk A. Thaiveegan said the case would be referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor office for further action.
