KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Chinese Culture and Arts Consultative Council has come up with awards to recognise Malaysians with outstanding performance in the arts and culture industry.
They will be presented in conjunction with the month-long Blossom Arts Festival Malaysia 2016 which starts on June 1.
