KUALA LUMPUR: The audit report of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) was classified under the Official Secrets Act 1972(OSA) to ensure that information divulged during Public Accounts Committee (PAC) proceedings was not leaked.
In a written Parliamentary reply, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said (pic) clarified that the audit report on 1MDB was specifically for the PAC's reference.
