Rafizi wants to tender Aussie transcripts to defend defamation suit

KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice-president Mohd Rafizi Ramli is seeking leave from the High Court to tender Australian court transcripts of a property case in a defamation suit against him filed by Umno Youth vice-chief Khairul Azwan Harun.

High Court judge Justice S. Nantha Balan ordered Rafizi's lawyer William Leong on Tuesday to file the application by Wednesday for the hearing proper, which he set for May 23.
