KUALA LUMPUR: Persatuan Anak Peneroka Felda Kebangsaan (Anak) president Mazlan Aliman and a printer have been ordered by the High Court to pay RM350,000 in damages to Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) for libel.
High Court judge Justice Su Geok Yiam ruled in chambers that Anak was liable for publication of a libellous book implying Felda was a loan shark and the judge also dismissed an application by both defendants to stay the court ruling on the award.
